World Maths Day in Year 3

Year 3 had lots of fun for World Maths Day today. The children are currently learning about Weight and Capacity in class, and they have been hearing about some jobs and careers which need to use maths skills in the future. As a fun activity the children combined maths and art, and painted arrays onto the outlines of buildings using cotton buds, using their knowledge from previous maths units when they studied multiplication and division.
