Corpus Christi

This half-term, Year 3 have been practising and developing their drawing skills, and they have been learning to ‘see like an artist’. The children have focused on making botanical drawings and they have produced abstract flowers working on composition and scale. The children looked at the work of an artist – Georgia O’Keeffe and they used a viewfinder to select an interesting composition. They then chose one composition to draw as a final piece on a larger scale.
