In Science this week Year 6 carried out four different mini investigations centred around light phenomenons#
1st- Light dispersal- we investigated how when light is dispersed, the white light beams are separated into colours which make up a beam of light. Like a rainbow.

2nd- Refraction- when light travels from one transparent medium such as air to another such as water. The speed of the light slows down and when it hits water it changes direction slightly.

3rd- Light Filters- When white light shines on a red object for example, all of the colours that form the white light are absorbed, except red, which is reflected.

We had to record our findings and up load them onto seesaw as images/videos and recordings.
