Corpus Christi

Corpus Christi School Council recently carried out some fundraising events in support of the BBC Children in Need charity. The children decided they would ask the school to come dressed up in something yellow, spotty, Pudsey themed or dressed as a superhero on Children in Need day, in exchange for a 50p donation. They also held an art competition where children drew a superhero outfit for Pudsey bear, and there was a ‘Guess the name’ of the Pudsey teddy with the person who guessed the name correctly taking him home to keep. Everyone had lots of fun and the School Council raised a grand total of £172.82 for the appeal. Well done, everyone!
