Year 4 cricket competition success

A group of children from Year 4 recently represented our school at a cricket competition held at Gateshead Fell Cricket Club.
The children played brilliantly throughout the event, demonstrating excellent cricketing skills, teamwork and determination in every match. They were a credit to the school, showing great sportsmanship, respect for their opponents and encouragement towards one another at all times.
After a fantastic day of competition, the team achieved an impressive third-place finish, earning bronze medals for their efforts. We are incredibly proud of their achievement and the positive attitude they displayed throughout the tournament.
Well done to all the children who took part – you represented the school superbly and should be very proud of yourselves! 🏏🥉
