Our Mini Vinnies would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported their recent Coffee Morning! The children decided, as a group, that they wanted to support our local food co-op based at our church. Their mission was to ensure that every child whose family relies on our local food bank receives a chocolate treat this Easter and the response was truly overwhelming! On the day, we collected an incredible 54 eggs and raised £110 in donations. We were able to use this money to purchase an additional 60 eggs, bringing our total to 114. This then meant, that thanks to the generosity of our school community, the Mini Vinnies have met their goal: every single child supported by our food bank will receive an Easter egg this year.
