Some children from year 5 and 6 had a great day out at a cricket competition. The children played cricket in pairs to gain as many runs as possible when batting and worked incredible as a team when fielding. Over the course of the day we had 7 games to play. Corpus Christi were amazing managing to win 6 out of the 7 games. As two schools had the same number of wins, it all came down who scored the most runs. Corpus Christi came out as first place achieving gold medals as they had scored an incredible 491 runs over the course of the day.
